- Tech-savvy with experience working in CRM's and Google Suite, along with the ability to manage time effectively without micromanagement.
Must-Haves:
- Highly motivated, self-starter mentality
- Comfortable working independently from a home office environment; you are set up and disciplined to be productive remotely
- Proficient with standard business technology: CRM platforms, email, video conferencing, file sharing, and collaboration tools
- Strong communicator — written and verbal — who can represent AFN professionally with external partners
- Sales or relationship management mindset; you close, you follow up, and you do not let deals die in your inbox.
