Job SummaryWe are seeking a Notion & Linear Support Specialist to manage, optimize, and streamline our knowledge management and project workflow platforms. You will enhance content organization, build scalable information architectures, and facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Support and optimize Notion and Linear workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide best practices.

• Architecture & Governance: Design taxonomy, metadata schemas, and information architecture for content discoverability and governance.

• Integrations & Automation: Connect systems using APIs, Python/JavaScript, and databases (SQL Server, Neo4j).

• Analytics & UX: Utilize analytics tools (Tableau, Google Analytics) and design software (Figma, Balsamiq) for content strategy and user training.

Key Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Proven track record with Notion and project tools like Linear or Jira.

• Data & Technical Skills: Experience with relational/graph databases, scripting (Python/JS), APIs, and semantic web principles (RDF, OWL, SPARQL).

• Cross-Functional Design: Strong background in UI/UX wireframing, content editing, SEO, and collaborating across teams.

Pay: $50.79 - $60.55 per hour
